Corporations, BMC took over Remedy Corporation around 2003)
It is a CRM tool used for Customer Relationship applications
such as ticketing application, workflow automation &
existing applications integration. simple example of Remedy
application is Help-Desk application where tickets are
locked by end users or customers & these tickets are
resolved by Support Staff members.
