COMET ENGINEERING, INC. offers a one year guarantee from date of purchase to correct, by repair or parts replacement, without charge, any defect that, upon examination by one of our representatives, is found to due to faulty material or workmanship. We do not assume responsibility for damage caused by misuse, careless handling, or where repairs have been made or attempted by others.
COMET ENGINEERING, INC.'s main goal is to upgrade and repair as many old COMET Clipper and Senior radial arm saws as possible by offering a repair and upgrade package. Simply stated, the repair and upgrade package will use as many of the original parts as possible. We completely
disassemble each saw. Then parts are cleaned sorted, painted, and the saw is reassembled with the aid of new parts where needed. The saw is transformed into a trustworthy piece of machinery that will be capable of cutting 6 x 6Âs. During the upgrade portion of the process, we completely rewire each saw, mount a new 5hp single-phase 208-volt motor. When
completed, your old saw will comply with existing OSHA standards.
COMET ENGINEERING, INC. also has a program upgrading and modifying Topps saws. This program proving to be highly successful.
